HCVOA training programs use a mix of assigned training staff, comprised of senior officials with decades of experience, on-the-court training and mentors to ensure officials are well-prepared for matches.

HCVOA is dedicated to advancing the professional official's skills, techniques and understanding of the game of volleyball. Our group, both new and veteran, are required to meet the standards set forth by the state and our board to ensure we are providing the best possible experience for the student athletes we work for.

At the beginning of each season, we hold a few general and training meetings to go over new rules and techniques the national federation and state have adopted in the off-season and provide information about how our group is being perceived by the coaches, students  and schools we work with.

Ultimately, we want our members to be excited about working a volleyball match and in the end be assigned to work state championship matches representing our group as a premier association in the state of Florida.
